Antipaladin Bard Cavalier Cleric Fighter Mage Paladin Psion Ranger Thief Multiclass

A cavalier is simply put a knight of the realm found in the service to a greater noble, deity or a cause.

Unlike the paladin or his dark counterpart, the anti-paladin, the cavalier is not 'chosen' by a deity and is thus not granted spells of any kind. They are excellent horsemen and warriors though, as expected of their noble backgrounds, and they follow the strict guidelines of chivalry as required by all knights.

Protecting those of the realm is the job of the cavalier, we are always on guard. We adhere to a very strict code of honor and must not waver from them no matter what the situation. Horses are a must for us as we use them everywhere we go. Preferably we are seen on War horses. Lances are the weapon of choice followed by the blade. Ladies are treated with respect, and bring honor and glory to our names. We diliganty follow our diety, and would die defending our god as well. We take pride in our armor and weaponry, it will always be shining brightly and polished. We are known throughout the realms for our deeds because of the high standards we uphold. We strive to uphold the laws of the cities and also strive to make the laws that are in place better. We will sometimes be found as officials of cities because of our ways and the way we act. The way of the cavalier is not easy, and not many are suited to follow such a rigorous and difficult life. Cavaliers are usually from a noble family with a coat of arms and a patent showing our herritage. We protect the weak and assist with any troulbes that arrise, We charge into battle with no fear, and no regrets. Bravery is another trait that we uphold. We cavaliers strive for glory and honor to our name, and do everything we can to be well known in the realms. - Sir John Valadrix
