Not all Questing Knights stand together in a battle...some are fated to conduct their quests alone. Such a one is Sir Melmer, a mighty griffon-rider and knight of fell and devistating power. Sir Melmer is equally deadly with his lance or his enchanted blade, with which he has felled many great beasts.
He only appears in Lyonesse on rare occasion, but when he does so, it is oft to the terrible detriment of the foes of Bretonnia.

The Lord of D'Terou is a grail knight who oversees a village cut off from the rest of Lyonesse deep within the wood. Despite the many terrors that lurk in the woods, the village has remained intact and the people there at least reasonably prosperous. Much of this is due to the constant vigilance of the Lord of D'Terou.
His deeds of courage have inspired the peasant folk there to form a very determined and proud militia of archers, and at least one knight errant has come from D'Terou, earning his spurrs bravely following in his lord's example. From his first great battle where he flew pegasi to dark pegasi and slew the Dark Elven Sorceror to the timely assistance he lent in the chaos invasion of Grimsmite, Chosen of Khorne, the Lord of D'Terou is the epitomy of a Grail Hero.
