The base chariot I used is the Chaos Warrior Chariot. |

I used two 5th edition Cold Ones from Cold One Knights for the steeds. |

The base itself is layered posterboard, glued together with regular elmer's glue, cut to allow room for the Cold One bases, and to place grooved ruts behind the Chariot Wheels. The whole was then made into a nice, smooth surface with duct-tape, painted and flocked. |

Malekith himself's upper half is from Rakarth, Beastlord (the Dragonrider). I straightened out his whip to a more natural "in use" pose. The sword looked quite servicable for Destroyer. The lower half (barely visible in the middle picture) is actually a run-of-the-mill Plastic Dark Elf Warrior, and the Spellshield is a Chaos Warrior Shield. |

Malekith's cloak is from the Mordheim Human Mercenaries sprue. The banners were from a picture of the Dark Elf Cold One Riders on GW's site, carefully edited and reprinted. They are tied with thread to the banner poles, which consist of a regular plastic spear-point toothpick and a Skaven Spear from the Clanrats Sprue. The heads atop the poles are from the Empire Regiment and the Dark Eldar Warrior sprue. |
